International girls in Ict of the day are the ideal time that focuses on the technology industry and encourages and inspires girls and women of all ages to explore a wide range of career opportunities – those that may not have been considered before – information and communication technologies (ICT).
This global initiative led by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) will take place on April 24, 2025. It’s something I am personally incredibly passionate -to tell you why!
Girls in Ict for inclusive digital transformation
Despite some progress, the gender gap in technology remains significant. Women will only approve 25 shot down the technical workforce. Meanwhile, there is an even smaller percentage in powerful roles – only 11 punctures.*
The trend continues a wider scale. Throughout the Global Work Force STEM, women, including only 29.2 percent. ** This is a lady for us.

It is a story of perseverance and determination that I hope it inspires others to create their own ways in technology.
